Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received or purchased or Registration from the Pontus website.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original condition.
Your item should be in the original packaging; there is an additional repackaging fee 15% of selling price.
Please include a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you before beginning inspection. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Warranty

For our products, we offer a one year limited parts factory warranty (does not cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications or abnormal use) please register at www.pontususa.com as you receive or purchase, we will provide warranty for the product according the date of registration or received or purchased date for one Calendar year.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
